职位描述:
The Global Business Finance Organization is responsible for supporting the company’s executives and officers with financial and operational analysis to drive business decisions that contribute to the success and profitability。
Successful candidates will serve as Key Business Partners to China License and Hardware Sales organization, participating in strategic/tactical planning and execution with deep understanding of the business and its drivers。
Key responsibilities
• Be the Finance Business partner to the Taiwan Managing Director to achieve top and bottom line growth。
• Participates in Forecast process, including forecast calls, pipeline/large deal reviews, provide early warning analysis, assess potential risk/upside。
• Involves in Compliance reviews and Risk assessment
• Co-drives the annual budget process alongside Sales Management, providing guidance on appropriate levels of growth in terms of revenue and margin。
• Works closely with GFIC (Global Finance Information Center) in India to provide timely report and analysis to Management。
• Drives month and quarter end close and P&L management。
• Participates in and/or drive automation/process improvement projects。
• Understands and use current finance systems and tools to highest levels of capability. Work to adopt and implement next generation finance systems and tools.
• Supplies constant and real-time financial information to business partners on revenue streams, operating expenses, headcount and key business drivers。
• Represents Finance in periodical Business reviews with particular emphasis on improving Financial performance。
• Understands data intersections across the company’s various business units. Maintain data integrity and information credibility.。
• Supports business leadership with presentations to upper management in quarterly operations reviews and state of business presentations. Drives HK/ China Compensation 。planning process for the Sales org, including GTM discussions, annual quota reviews, and bonus pool structure design。
• Guides the Greater Business Partner Support team in China and India to provide close, reporting, ad hoc analysis support to Finance Business Partners。
• Liaise between Business and other internal groups (e.g. Rev Rec, Deal Management, Legal, Credit and Collection, Source to Settle, Tax, HR) to provide guidance and interpretation of the policies。
• Involves in Compliance reviews and Risk assessment。
• Takes (co-)ownership and responsibility for Business decisions and execution。
• Participates actively in the development of financial best-practices across APAC and the rest of the world. Helps drive the GBF long term direction and ensure effective adoption of best practices 。

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Oracle Financials. Strong analysis and research skills. Ability to partner across functions. 10 years relevant work experience. BS/BA in Accounting/Finance preferred. CPA/MBA desired。
