职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Establish, monitor & improve a effective and efficient quality system, and ensure the inspection gate to achieve quality goal and company requirement.
2. Provide professional service to related dept & customer on product quality issue handling & technical support.
3. Periodic quality review(by internal quality inspection and customer feedback data) and purpose continue improvement.
4. Recruit, training & manage each function staff to achieve dept goal.
5. Communicate & implement HQ QA instruction to region QA system.
工作要求：
1. Dept management knowledge.
2. Quality system (ISO9001:2000, TS16949 & ISO14001) knowledge.
3. Product production process flow and technology knowledge.
4. Customer application knowledge.
5. Product quality improvement and issue handling skill.
6. Product failure analysis knowledge.
7.At least 5 years in similar quality dept management in similar electronics firm.
8.Electronics, Mechanical or Material engineering
