职位描述:
Position Objective:
Develop new profitable business in the responsible regional market and achieve annual sales target.
Major Responsibilities:
o Support in developing the sales strategy in the regional market and ensure the full implementation;
o Identify market needs and provide regular market and competitor analysis reports
o Work out accurate sales forecast, identify, report and act upon deviations as they may occur
o Define and manage effective sales channels in particular through distribution networks
o Develop direct business and establish direct contact with brand owners
o Maintain good customer relations and continuously improve customer satisfaction
o Conduct business activities in the most cost effective way
o Take ownership of all commercial activities including but not limited to quotation, order confirmation, account receivables & credit limit control
o Strive for higher profitability and continuously explore new profitable business opportunities
o Be proficient in utilizing the most updated IT systems
Qualification and Requirements
o 5-7 years of sales working experience
o Packaging, printing, paper and board industry working experience is preferable
o Proven track records and capabilities within sales, value creation sales, customer contacts
o Bachelor degree and above
o Fluent Mandarin both in verbal and written; good command of English
o Team player and high integrity
o Willing to travel
o Passionate and willing to work under pressure
o People management exposure is a plus
