　　职位描述：

　　Project overall responsible. The Project Manager’s prime responsibility is to manage the

　　entire project in terms of safety, cost, schedule and quality (project KPI’s).

　　Stakeholder management. The Project Manager represents the project towards all

　　stakeholders (end-user, steering committee, internal/external parties, and business

　　partners).

　　Leading the project team. The Project Manager leads the entire project team (including

　　external integrated or EPCm contractors) and reports in this project role into the steering

　　committee.

　　Project staffing. The Project Manager is responsible for a suitable project staffing which

　　includes the mobilization and demobilization to and from contractor’s offices and/or the

　　construction site

　　Project execution strategy. The Project Manager is responsible to develop a plausible

　　and suitable execution strategy which is tailored to the project needs and organizational

　　capabilities. Additionally the Project Manager must understand the business case and

　　act with this understanding during the execution of the project accordingly

　　Facility hand-over. The Project Manager will lead the project team from the start of the

　　Basic Engineering through the execution phase up to and including the facility hand-over

　　to the end-use (client)
