　　1.负责了解临床试验和药理毒理研究的要求，为各类新产品立项提供相应的专业意见

　　Responsible for understanding the requirements for clinical, pharmacological and toxicological studies, and guide the organization accordingly in new product candidates screening

　　2.讨论并制定各类临床试验和药理毒理研究方案

　　Responsible for discussing and formulating various clinical trial and pharmacology & toxicology study protocols

　　3.负责对各类临床试验和药理毒理研究机构进行鉴别及初步评估工作

　　Responsible for identification, initial evaluation of right CRO for conducting the clinical, pharmacological & toxicological studies.
