Responsibilities:
1. Participate as an active member of the leadership team. Partner with business leader and staff to define and implement overall human resources strategy on long-term planning, and manage complex issues within Functional areas of expertise.
2. Provide proactive HR leadership and expertise including recruiting & staffing, compensation & benefits, organization development and change, talent assessment and development, performance management, & employee relations and communication.
3. Facilitate the leadership team to define and develop company culture.
4. Review existing process and develop an effective review process to identify high and low performers, setting clear and measurable goals, and develop career plan.
5. Deepen the relationship between staff and the company, and to cultivate a good team atmosphere with our culture and vision.
6. Develop creative strategy to keep talent.
7. Work with management on HR planning and needs.
