Qualification:
1. Degree: Master degree is highly desirable
2. Major: Engineering or technology. MBA is a plus.
3. Experiences: More than 8 years in high tech equipment sales or related industries with at least 5 years with management experience for more than 10 people’s sales team and annual sales more than 20 million EUR.
4. Professional Knowledge:
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening and presentations) both in Chinese and English, German is a plus
Excellent networking skills
5. Ability:
Possesses integrity, and maintains & demands high standards
Creative thinking and innovation with analytic problem-solving ability
Highly collaborative, team-player
Ability to travel in short notice within China and Germany
Major Areas of Responsibilities:
1. The candidate is in this position responsible for full sales function of Solar, Display, Electronics, Li-ion Battery and relevant product sales and marketing communication in China.
2. Build up a strong sales and technical sales team to achieve company target in the market.
3. Leading and training sales and marketing team to be ensure the team with the excellent performance
4. Keep good relationship with customers and know clearly the requirement of our customers.
5. Make and improve sales strategy and policies to promote product in targeted market.
6. Ensuring competition position in China market.
7. Guide the marketing investigation, communication channel, ads plans to support the sales.
8. Be responsible for market development, enlarging and safeguarding operations network
9. Comply with company’s ethic of code to protect company’s interest
