职位描述：
1. 根据公司工程部的标准作业程序和最好的工作措施，遵循安全、质量和环境标准,在项目施工或改造期间，管理所有的电气操作施工团队。
Manages all operational electrical construction teams during construction project and/or modifications in accordance with SNF China Engineering SOPs, best work practices, safety, quality and environmental standards.
2. 管理所有需要的材料和设备的采购，以便完成或改造施工项目。
Manages all materials and equipment purchase needed to ensure completion of construction project and/or modification.
3. 根据施工计划，与工艺团队、电仪团队一起协调和实施施工任务。
Coordinates and carries out the construction tasks according to construction plan with process group, E/I group.
4. 跟进施工工作、一致性和质量。
Follows up the construction work, and construction conformity and quality.
5. 与电仪工程师合作，测试施工及一致性。
Performs construction and conformity tests in cooperation with instruments and electrical engineers.
6. 监督公司所提供的及外部承包商员工操作时所使用的设备与材料的恰当移交和使用。
Supervises appropriate handover and use of electrical equipment and materials provided by SNF China and used during operations by external contractor staff.
7. 追踪、控制所有问题，找出原因，实施整改措施并和所有的相关团队沟通。
Monitors and controls all problems, research into the causes and implement corrective actions and communicate with all its teams.
8. 安排最终的检查验收工作，建议已经完工的项目是否通过验收。
Schedules final inspections and recommends acceptance or rejection of completed works.
9. 管理新项目试运转阶段中的所有改造工作。
Manages all modifications performed during commissioning phase of new projects.
