岗位职责:
To manage & co-ordinate the procurement of all materials, equipment, supplies and services essential to the operation, ensuring that purchases be of the required quality and quantity, at the most economical costs and of timely delivery as well as manage the inventory at optimum level to meet user demand at lowest cost. Duties include:
Oversee and directs activities of buyers in acquiring materials, supplies, equipment and services, while ensuring compliance with corporate policy and recognized professional codes of practice..
Perform strategic purchasing by developing most suitable methods of purchase,
Monitor tendering process and administer the contracts
Evaluate and monitor the performance of the suppliers
Build sound communication and cooperative relationship with other departments, proactively provide information and consulting service on purchasing and supply as necessary.
Monitor the inventory at optimum level to meet operation requirements
Uphold the ethnical principles in purchasing operations..
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree in related disciplines, preferably in Business, Finance
Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
At least 8 yrs relevant procurement experience with 4 yrs in supervisory role
Sound working experience of inventory control
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative, integrity and committed
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
