职位描述:
Key Deliverables:
•Identify the providers appropriate for the services and covers contained in the products of the company and execute contracts with the providers meeting the standards;
•In a first moment, focus on strengthen and development the providers network in Shandong province.
•Check and track the service competencies of such firms;
•Write the provider performance reports;
•Make the service fee analysed by taking into account the market and competitors conditions;
•Enter the data of the contracted providers to be needed into the assistance system in order for carrying out of the assistance services and update such data;
•Determine the regions and priority criteria of the providers and define them in the assistance system;
•Track and conclude the incident records made by the operation client representatives into the system;
•To develop, lead and manage the contractor network in line with service level agreements, and KPIs whilst adhering to relevant legislation and regulations, and achieving accredited quality management system standards.
•Manage and develop the network teams through effective leadership, direction, motivation, support and development to drive individual and business performance improvement.
•Negotiate, manage and control contractor claim and service costs on an on-going basis whilst delivering, as a minimum, agreed service levels
•Organize provider training courses;
•Make visits to providers;
•Develop recommendations for establishment of the strategies and targets of the company and contribute to the achievement of such strategies and targets;
•Ensure most efficient communication between Provider Network Dept, Shandong Branch Office and the other departments, persons and entities;
•Assess the performance of the subordinates;
•Ensure and monitor that the subordinates perform their duties specified in their respective job descriptions in full on a timely manner;
•Ensure professional development of the subordinates to increase their competencies and cultivate employees;
•Monitor the competitors regarding the functions concerning the own department;
•Plan and implement activities that will raise the client satisfaction;
•Contribute to the works on Quality Management System.
•Take new contractors through the admin. process and assign them to the Network base.
•Ensure communication is to a high standard between the company and the Contractor base.
•Deal with any contractor queries effectively and within agreed timescales.
•Liaise with the Providers Network Dept, updating them with any changes / queries
•Ensure the Regional Networks Managers (if any) are informed of any process / contractor changes
•Create Progress Reports from IT system and ensure the correct record of any changes / new information onto the IT system. Ensure all incident reports are recorded on the IT system.
•Be actively involved in own personal development plan
•To undertake any other duty or responsibility that may reasonably be allocated by your line manager/senior management.
Experience/Basic Requirement:
1.22-40 years old,junior college, majored in auto, business administration or related field
2.At least 5-year work experience, motor insurance and/or roadside assistance background, auto or driving service company, auto club, etc. preferred
3.Good on communication and negotiation skills.
4.English will be an asset.
5.Be suitable for frequent business trips
