Key Responsibilities:
-Provides planning, leadership and consultative support for the implementation and maintenance of customer quality system requirements and continuous improvement methodologies
-Establish, maintain and improve the quality management system and ensure its effective operation ( as TS16949,ISO14001,OHSAS18001 ), in the business process standardized
-Supervises the day to day activities of personnel in the Quality Department
-Represent customer requirements internally.
-Define Plant Quality objectives, and monitor progress.
-Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization.
-Ensure the Plant\s compliance with all safety/regulations requirements.
-Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning
-Report Quality results to all relevant parties.
-Interrupt the development, manufacturing or delivery of products when Quality is not assured.
-Trigger, when relevant, the critical site review process
-Ensure the right application of the alert system in the Plant.
任职资格:
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 8 years of work experience, at least 3 year\s quality supervisory experience in MNC experience
-Strong quality awareness and execution power
-Have good self-motived and initiative in work and good team work spirit.
-Good English in written and oral.
