Responsibilities include:
Evaluate, design and participate the implementation of the automation test framework
Develop unit test for implementations and qualify the test framework
Develop new test techniques and test cases on product roadmap on both functional and non-functional approaches
Strong supports to automation and contribute to grow automation coverage and ROI
Work with local and USA team on detailed project planning, creating and maintaining test environments, and assisting the team to accomplish our goals
 Develop, document, and execute verification test strategy and test plans individually and with a team
Develop comprehensive test cases and environments. Work with team to automate testing to the largest extent possible
Write clear, concise and understandable system description, problem and test reports
Required qualifications include:
 Computer Science, or SW Engineering MS. Degree
8-10 years’ experience in a telecommunication/software development or SW test environment
 Strong understanding on advanced topics of Python programming and popular frameworks
 Good understanding on automation test and the automation test system build-up
Good understanding on unit test, CI and the application framework
Experience and knowledge with data communications or telecommunications equipment testing in one or more of the following areas preferred: Network Protocols, Gateway,WLAN (802.11), TR69, Video, FE/GE Ethernet, etc.
Good communication skills and strong verbal and written English skills
 Self-motivated, process and detail oriented
