DEDICATED HR MANAGER
DRIVING PEOPLE SOLUTION FOR CHINA BUSINESS
Our client is one of the largest company designs, produces and sells a broad collection of innovative home furniture and accessories. They are growing their business with the greatest global reach in its sector, and they are looking for an HR manager to support their China business growth and development by delivering people solutions.
We are looking for a HR talent who will manage staff recruitment, follow up interview results, negotiate salary with candidates and extend offer, prepare employment contract. Meanwhile, you should responsible for compensation and benefits management including formulating overall salary & welfare system, office staff payroll preparation, Individual Income tax declaration, Upload payroll information to SAP monthly. Besides, you are responsible for labor relationship management to ensure the effective communication and reduce labor disputes.
As the successful applicant, you should hold a Bachelor Degree. You should have at least 8 years HR experience in foreign company with solid retention, benefit, recruitment, training and development practices and skills. You should working in HR capacity in charge of retail and office staff over 120 headcount. Fluent speaking and written English and good interpersonal skill are prerequisite.
