Customer acquisition
1. Scan the market for potential customers
2. Find the right entry point to engage in business discussions with prospects
3. Make professional business proposals to prospects, create win-win situations
4. Sales closure & follow up for repeat sales
Account management
1. Make full account plan
2. Product need planning for customer base, align with product management
3. Marketing support for account
4. Financial planning, for customer and organization
5. Operational (volume) planning & logistics
Repeat ordering process management
1. Enter order in system for processing
2. Follow up on deliveries with logistics and supply base
3. Inform customer about delivery status (with logistics)
4. AR management follow up on money collection
Business planning
1. Prepare budget (once a year) and update quarterly
2. Sales & Margin analysis
3. Growth opportunities for new products (to product management)
Requirements
1. Higher professional education
2. Strong sales drive and commercial skills
3. Customer focused
4. Excellent contacts and reputation with potential customer base
5. Commercial with technical affinity
6. English. Local language for account & Chinese is strong advantage.
