Implement HR strategy in accordance with the defined targets to guarantee the contribution of personnel to the company's success and monitor the implementation in plants
Contributes and coordinates the actions for people and organization development, supports the Division People Review.
Make sure daily HR work goes through smoothly of shanghai site and business line China
Providing generalist HR support to country business leaders, managers and employees across different plants
Ensure high quality and timely support to assigned unit in the process of target setting, budgeting, manpower planning and performance evaluation
Implement salary & bonus review according to policy and guideline of headquarter
Ensures the HR Managers are actively supported in the implementation of HR strategy in their Plants. Together with the Plants, review the HR KPI’s monthly.
