1. Monitor, evaluate, and support the legal compliance of LND Panjin Operation with National, Provintial and Local applicable regulations.
2. Monitor and promote stronger operational controls in order to minimize environmental impacts and wastes, and achieve emission control.
3. Lead Safety Control Tools to help Accidents Prevention.
4. Contribute with the implementation and operation of Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
5. Take part in LND Team in Safety and Environmental Audits made by Authorities or other parties (Partners, Huajin Site, Customers, etc.).
6. Take part in the LND Site Environmental Performance Evaluation. 
7. Issue the Safety and Environmental Specific Procedures of Panjin Site. 8. Develope the Site's Emergency Response procedures.
Technical competencies:
Critical (High level required) Knowledge of Chinese Applicable Regulations to Chemical Industry (National, State and Local) 
Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO14000 and OHSAS18000)
Knowledge of Safety tools to Loss Control.

Chemical engineering degree or similar
Good at of both written and oral English 
Previous experience in a chemical industry or similar, at least 3 years
