岗位职责:
Responsible for new account acquisition and continued penetration at assigned accounts / customers, which typically includes strategic / global key account(s). Responsible for achieving new target revenue at assigned accounts / customers.
· Could or may manage direct reports to support activities / projects within assigned accounts / customers. Could or may coach the direct reports in account leadership and skill development, both internal and external customer elements. (i.e., Product Expansion, Customer Service, JDE, Order Entry)
· Coordinates with Sales Manager, Product Managers and Technical Support to lead the Account Team to meet mutual (customer and Quaker) expectations and objectives. Independently and effectively delivers to the customer, problem resolution with the appropriate use of internal resources.
· Manages assigned accounts / customers with minimal guidance and support. Account/Customer Responsibility may be in excess of RMB2.5M CM. Clearly demonstrates the ability to effectively plan and create opportunities for leads, demonstrations, and product conversions – demonstrates the ability to grow an account or customer. In general, this includes the entire sales/conversion process through close of sale, determining and influencing internal resources to maintain and close sale (organizational agility), and building excellent relationships at multiple levels at the customer. Responsible for the profitability of the assigned accounts / customer from all perspectives (i.e., AR, FA Costs, Consultant Fees, CM, Overall SG&A):
· Identifies prospects and assesses product needs. Drives product development and research ideas. Effectively communicates the needs of the customer base, and delivers concise and professional information to internal R&D and Product Management Teams.
· Promotes the core product range to new and current accounts / customers (not assigned to Process Engineers).
· Introduces new Quaker products and cost reduction programs to aid customer processes.
· Identifies and involved in the development of CMS opportunities. Coordinates CMS site surveys; prepares CMS Presentations; prepares CMS Proposals if needed.
· Manages the Quaker Value Proposition. Develop/Use Case Studies in the Sales Process
· Demonstrates ability to provide leadership, input, and direction to regional commercial team on a wide range of issues including strategy, internal process, and global key account development
